Managing your subscription

In neumind, you might be paying a subscription for access, or you might be in a group with someone who pays a subscription.

If you are paying a subscription yourself, you can manage your subscription by opening the menu by tapping the button on the top left in the app and tapping "About".

From there, you will see a button which says "Manage subscription". Tapping this will take you to the subscriptions page where you can see more details and cancel. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to neumind until your subscription expiry date is reached.

Opening this link on your phone or tablet will take you directly to the page in your neumind app.

If you are in a group with someone who pays a subscription, they are the only ones who can manage the subscription.

By sending them this link and asking them to open it on their phone or tablet, or by asking them to follow the instructions in the paying a subscription section above, they will be able to see their subscription details and cancel.

Note, if they cancel you will also lose access to neumind when the subscription expiry date is reached, unless you are in other neumind groups too.
