How do I get started with neumind?

1. Download the neumind app: Open the link below on your phone, or search “neumind app” in the app or play store.

2. Sign up: Once downloaded, open the app, tap Get Started and sign up using your email address. You will be sent a login code to the email address you entered. We do this so you don’t have to remember a password!

  1. Then complete a few questions about yourself (this helps us personalise the features recommended for you when you start using the app. Then either:
Use your invite code and start exploring: Your invite code is sent to your email address when somebody invites you (a carer or family member).

Or

Create a new subscription: This costs £2.99 per month.
