What are journals and trackers and how do I make one?

Journals

Trackers

Trackers work like journals but need to measure something over time. This allows data to be graphed automatically, helping you spot trends and track progress. For example, someone managing fatigue could rate their energy levels throughout the day, making it easier to understand patterns and adjust their routine accordingly.


You can create a tracker or journal by going to the 'Tools' tab and selecting tracker or journal.
