Logging in to neumind
Sometimes, you may find that you are logged out of your account on neumind. This could be because you are using a new device, because you have logged out previously, or because the system has logged you out.
To log back in again to your existing account, please follow the following steps.
- Open the app on your device and tap "Log in" as pictured below.
On the next screen, fill in the email address for your neumind account. We ask you to fill it in twice to help avoid accidental mistakes in writing out the email address.
Tap Next. This will send an email to the email address you have provided.
Once it has arrived, open the email using your email client. It will contain a six digit Login Code which you must type into the text box provided. If you didn't receive the email after a minute or two, you can tap "Send me another login code". Please note, Login Codes are only valid for ten minutes and only the newest one will work.
- Tap Log in, which will log you in to your account.
If you find that after tapping "Log in" to access your account, you see a screen asking you to pick an option, your neumind subscription may have expired or you may have lost access to the group you were in. If you believe this is an error, you can contact us.
