How does the neumind community work?

In neumind, we have a community feature which anyone on the app is welcome to join.

How to join the neumind community

To join the community you must have a neumind account.

If/when you do, open the app and tap on the "Community" tab at the bottom of the home screen.

To join you must Agree to the Community Rules, and choose a Username. Usernames must be between 4 and 40 characters, and we advise that you pick a username that doesn't directly identify you.

What else can people see about me in the neumind community?

Other community members can see your:

• Profile Picture
• Username
• Story
• About me

For the community to work, other community members will also see your comments. They can also see the number of hearts you have placed on comments.

How can I change my community profile information?

You can add to and edit your profile information in the "My Profile" section of the app.

You can find the "My Profile" section by by opening the top-left menu panel in neumind (the three horizontal lines in the top left of the app).

On this page, to start changing any of the information you can see, simply tap on it.

How does the community work?

The neumind community has topics which anyone can comment on and discuss.

One topic at a time is featured, which means you will see it as soon as you tap the Community tab in the app. We change the featured topic from time to time and you can suggest new topics.

The other topics are available by tapping "Browse" at the top of the community pages.

When someone makes a comment on a topic you have commented on or reacted to, you will get a notification to have a look, which gives you a chance to reply.

How do I feature my topic?

To feature your topic please:

1. Open the community tab in the app.
2. Tap "Browse" at the top of the screen.
3. Check your topic isn't already in the list.
4. Tap the "Suggest a topic" button and fill in the form.

Note: please allow us time to feature your topic as there may be others also asking! Thank you.

Community Rules

To join the community, everyone agrees to the following rules:

I agree to be kind, respectful, and supportive to fellow community members.

If I choose to share personal information, I do so at my own risk.

I can report content that is harmful or offensive. Community admins reserve the right to remove content.

Finally, we want our community to be an exciting, stimulating, and fun place to be. I agree to help make this dream come true!

If you break one of these rules we may remove your content, or possibly remove you from the community. This is to keep everyone safe, happy, and thriving while they are using our community.
