Updating your neumind app

We have two ways that we keep our app up to date, one for minor updates, and one for more major updates.

Minor Updates

From time to time, we issue small minor updates to neumind.

You will know when one of these is ready because you will see a banner appear on your neumind app home screen which says

A new minor app update is available.

Once you tap Apply Update, your neumind app will restart with the latest update. That's all!

Major Updates

Major app updates will always be done through the Apple App Store for iPhones and iPads or Google Play for Android devices. Please follow the relevant instructions below for your device.

Apple App Store

1. Open the App Store on your device.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top right of the screen.
3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Find neumind and tap "Update". If there is no option to update, it means you already have the latest version.

Note, we recommend you turn on automatic updates for neumind. You can do this quickly by following these instructions from Apple, under "Turn automatic app updates on or off".

Google Play

1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
2. Tap your profile icon (top right) and then "Manage apps and device".
3. If neumind needs updating, it will be listed under the 'Updates available' label. Find neumind and tap "Update". If you cannot find neumind, it means you already have the latest version.

Note, we recommend you turn on automatic updates for neumind. You can do this quickly by following these instructions from Google.
