Editing a Tracker or Journal

To edit an existing Tracker or Journal start in 'Tools' and select the Journal or Tracker tab:

This tutorial shows editing trackers, but it is the same process for editing journals.

Next you'll see a list of existing Trackers. Tap the one you want to edit.

You'll see a list of the entries. Tap on the three dots at the top right to get more options.

Select 'Edit Tracker'


Choose from the options.

  • 'Edit name and other general options:' This lets you change the name of the tracker, its colour and whether you can use the 'quick add' (+) button on the app home page to add an entry
  • 'Add another field:' This lets you add a new piece of information that can be entered into a tracker.
  • 'Edit a field:' This lets you change a field that is already in the tracker (e.g. changing a rating out of 5 to a rating out of 10)
  • 'Select main tracked field:' This is for trackers only. If you have more than one rating scale or number being entered into each tracker, it lets you pick the most important one. This should be the scale or number that will be used to show progress over time (e.g. fatigue rating).
  • 'Select entry preview field:' This lets you choose which field will be shown when reviewing tracker entries.
  • 'Delete a field:' This allows you to delete fields in a tracker.

If you pick 'Add another field' you can add a new piece of information that can be entered into a tracker.
