Configure a profile for a client

We have created a way to configure neumind as preparation work before introducing neumind to a client. This could be prior to the session you plan to introduce neumind in. This way you can streamline your face to face session and reduce any overwhelm associated with introducing a new app.

This can also be a way for you to get used to using neumind, and get familiar with the features, before starting with a client.

To start select set up a new client and select the option to set up a new client profile:

Fill in a label and click “Submit”.

After submitting, you will see a profile with a warning that the profile is “not linked to a client”. Here you can configure any feature:

  • Tools (reminders, nudges, journals, trackers)
  • Rehab goals & Aspirations
  • Feature restrictions
  • Resources
  • Supporters

Do this as you would with a fully linked client. You can also log in to the neumind app and see this profile there.

When you are ready, you can invite your client by tapping “Invite Client” or “Invite”.

Note: You could choose never to invite your client - i.e. if you want to use neumind but your client cannot or does not want to use their phone with the neumind app.

Fill in the clients email address to invite them. They will receive an email inviting them to join you on the neumind app.

After inviting them, their profile on neumind will look something like this, with the progress bar at the top indicating an invitation has been sent.

Your client will need to complete onboarding on the neumind app with the exact email address you have invited. They will be asked to provide their invite code and after submitting their onboarding data, they will become linked to the profile you have configured.

After they have accepted the page will look like this, and you can tap “OK” to load the page with the real client.
