How to Set Up Your Clinician Account on the dashboard
Overview
Setting up your professional neumind account takes no time. This article provides a step-by-step guide for clinical professionals on how to set up a neumind account. For client set-up information, see [how to set up your client account].
You can access the dashboard here: https://dashboard.neumind.co.uk/
Note: You can only use the dashboard if you are a member of a service that has a subscription. If you are not employed by the service but have been added to a client’s neumind account as a supporter/linked clinician then you can access the neumind app but not the dashboard. (Download the app from a phone here: https://www.neumind.co.uk/app-link?install)
Steps
1) Sign-up
- Start by clicking here to begin the login process.
- Type in your email address into the field.
- Enter the login code sent to your email address and click “Continue” (we avoid passwords as clients struggle!).
- Complete the short Get Started form and click “Submit”.
- You will then have these options:
2) Activate a pre-existing service subscription
- If your service has a neumind subscription then select “I have a memorable phrase…”,
- Enter your service’s unique two-word phrase and continue. If you do not know your service’s memorable phrase, ask your teams neumind subscription owner for the latest memorable phrase. Your colleagues can also see the memorable phrase they joined neumind with on the My Team page, if it’s still active.
Success! You’ve now set-up your neumind account and can add clients.
3) neumind have emailed you an activation code to set up a new subscription for your service.
- If you have received an activation code (usually sent by a neumind team member via email), you will need to choose this option and type it in on the following screen.
Once submitted your new subscription will be activated. Congratulations!

What to do next…
If you have activated a subscription option which includes our team features then you can add team members. To add your team, go to the “My Team” page and generate a two word “memorable phrase”.
Please share our dashboard link (https://dashboard.neumind.co.uk) and your new memorable phrase with your team using your usual channels, along with a copy of these instructions.

Troubleshooting & FAQs
Junk/spam location for email verification code
Sometimes the email verification code goes to junk, so check there if you don’t get it in the inbox. It can sometimes take a few minutes to arrive.
Finding memorable phrase
For security the staff in the service should be the only ones to share a memorable phrase. So the best way to find out your memorable phrase is to ask your team members (someone who is already on the dashboard). They will be able to see it on the ‘My Team’ page.
How do I know if my service is has an enterprise subscription
If your service has access to the Neumind dashboard then it does have a subscription and you should be able to get a memorable phrase to join. They may have a time-limited free trial, in which case you should contact the neumind team.
However, we know that clinicians who are not affiliated with a service are sometimes invited to join a client’s group on neumind. In this case you can access the neumind app for free with an invite code sent to you by a group member (the client or a clinician).
